The City of Dora has a premier city golf course, a driving range, ball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, slides swings, pavilions for picnics and family gatherings, as well as a lake. The city will soon be adding pickle ball courts, as well.
The city procured the roadbed of the old railroad that once ran through the area, and turned it into a beautiful fully lit walking path.
A community center is perfect for reunions, business meetings, small concerts, and other community functions.
The center has a large room which is available for $150 for four hours and a smaller room is $100 for four hours. Security may be required for parties and other events at an additional charge of $100.
